Signature Properties Launches New Interactive Mobile Website for Users on the Go
 Developer Spearheads Emerging Online Trends for Homebuilding Industry.


Signature Properties, an award-winning builder in Northern California for more than 
25 years, today announced the launch of its new mobile website, specifically designed for users on the go. The new site is optimized for mobile devices’ small screens, including the iPhone, Droid, BlackBerry and other smartphones, and allows users to easily navigate and access information from anywhere.


TechCrunch reported in January 2010 that mobile web usage in the United States 
grew 110 percent in 2009. The number of mobile devices and consumers’ comfort with them is rapidly increasing, and Bay Area-based Signature Properties is spearheading homebuilder online efforts as the demand grows, even ahead of most of its national competition.


“Northern California is home to tech-savvy homebuyers and now buyers have the 
convenience of searching for a new home anytime, anywhere,” said Jim Ghielmetti, CEO of Signature Properties. “We saw the need and designed the mobile site for our buyers and real estate partners. Information is easily accessible and streamlined, and visitors can even get one-on-one customer service with our new iChat Online Concierge.”


By visiting SigProp.com through a mobile browser guests can now search new home 
communities, connect with lenders, calculate mortgage payments, get to up-to-date MLS listings, see new incentives and join community interest lists.


“The challenging economy was actually the catalyst for us to rethink how we
